Delete a Nenuvo account

Deleting your Nenuvo account removes your Nenuvo Player ID, your sign-in methods, your names and your cloud saves in every Nenuvo game. It cannot be undone. Your Player ID is retired and never given to anyone else.

In the game (any account)

MagLev Racing: Settings → Account → Delete account.

Here (accounts linked to Google)

Sign in with the Google account linked to your Nenuvo player. You will see the Player ID and confirm twice before anything is deleted.

Guest players without Google

Delete in the game, or email support@nenuvo.com with your Player ID (shown in Settings → Account). Uninstalling the game alone does not delete the account.
